All Sereno Screens products are custom manufactured to customer-specific dimensions and requirements.

Due to the customised nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or refunded once manufacturing has commenced.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any measurements provided. Where Sereno Screens performs a site measurement, dimensions will be verified prior to manufacture.

Any manufacturing defects or installation issues will be addressed in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
